What data we collect

Contact & Consultation Forms

We treat clients’ privacy with utmost confidentiality, therefore the details submitted through contact and book consultation forms will be passed to us through secure email and used to set up a business challenges exploratory call with you. These details are stored in our CRM for analysis purposes and deleted after three months.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymised hash of your email may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you use it — see the Gravatar privacy policy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible alongside it.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the website.

Analytics

This website does not collect any analytics data itself, but third-party plug-ins installed on our website might collect anonymous analytics data to help us improve our offering for clients. See our Cookies Policy page for details.

Cookies

Please visit our Cookies Policy page for full details on the cookies used across this website.

Embedded Content

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website directly — it may collect data, use cookies, embed third-party tracking and monitor your interaction, including if you are logged into that website.

reCAPTCHA Terms of Service

This site uses reCAPTCHA v3, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. reCAPTCHA is used only to fight spam and abuse, and is never used to determine credit worthiness, employment eligibility, financial status or insurability.

Newsletter Signups

Your details are kept in our CRM when you sign up for our newsletter and are used only for sending you that newsletter. Every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe and/or remove your details from our CRM.

Who we share your data with

We may share your data with the following groups of people, for the following reasons, in each case in accordance with this privacy policy:

  • Our employees, agents and/or professional advisors — to assess the requirements of clients and provide advice.
  • Third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf — to run marketing campaigns including newsletters.
  • Third-party payment providers who process payments made over the website — to process payments and refunds.
  • Relevant authorities — to facilitate the detection of crime or the collection of taxes or duties.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely, so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile — all users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their username), and website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you — this does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
